J Greenwood Industries LLC is a family-owned enterprise founded by Johnnie and Jeanette Greenwood, combining creativity, education, and service to uplift the Dallas–Fort Worth community. The company proudly operates two divisions—JG Studios Company and JG Catering & Company—each reflecting the Greenwoods’ shared passion for excellence and empowerment.
JG Studios Company
Directed by Jeanette Greenwood, a visionary filmmaker and educator, JG Studios Company offers acting classes, film training, and creative productions that inspire youth and adults alike. Beyond the arts, JG Studios Company also provides educational services—including computer labs, resume-building workshops, and personal development sessions—to help educate, empower, and strengthen the community.
Jeanette holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Education & Training and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, combining her academic expertise with over 35 years of creative experience. She is also the CEO and Founder of the nonprofit Ladies in Film & Television, an organization dedicated to promoting diversity, mentorship, and professional growth for women in the entertainment industry.
JG Catering & Company
Founded by Johnnie Greenwood Jr., a seasoned culinary professional with over 45 years in the food service industry, JG Catering & Company delivers flavorful, high-quality meals for small, intimate events of up to 100 guests. Johnnie’s journey began in 2009 when he worked as a set builder and craft services provider for film and stage productions. After retirement, he reignited his lifelong passion for the culinary arts by launching his own catering company—continuing his dream of serving others through food with excellence and heart.
